FinSpectra America Inc. and FinSpectra Australia Pty Limited, together referred to as“FinSpectra” (also “we” or “us”), respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. FinSpectra is a business to business (B2B) software company that provides a lending technology platform to lenders and financial institutions.This policy explains what information we collect from visitors to our website at https://finspectra.com (the “Website”) and how we use, keep, protect, and share it. It applies to both entities and includes regional information for the United States, Australia, and New Zealand. Where a request relates to a specific region, the FinSpectra entity responsible for that region handles it: FinSpectra America Inc. for the United States, and FinSpectra Australia Pty Limited for Australia and New Zealand.

The Website is for business users, mainly current and prospective business customers who want to learn about our products, contact us, or request a demonstration. It is not aimed at consumers looking for loans. We do not originate loans, make lending decisions, or collect or process borrower payments or payment card information through the Website. Lending, borrower disclosures, and any privacy practices that face borrowers are the responsibility of the lenders and financial institutions that use our platform, under their own agreements and notices, and they remain responsible for their own compliance and for configuring our platform correctly.
